Inlaid
Stone One of my early cast ceramic stones. It was slab cast from a two piece plaster mold of a desert stone. When leather hard I carved the geometric pattern and slip inlaid the blue color shapes and lines. Then I burnished the surface and fired the piece in an electric kiln. Inlaid Stone is hollow and filled with small stones from an ant mound to make it rattle. I use this and other ceramic stones in shamanic ritual ceremonies. not available for sale |
